"I bought a floor model exercise bike…"
I bought a floor model exercise bike paid 600.00 with a warranty. They delivered it with cut cords close to the handle bars and so wobbly it feels like it’s going to fall apart. I called to complain and got sorry we don’t have that model anymore you can come in and pay another 300.00 and get a new one. What about my warranty they are awefull 600.00 is a lot for me and can’t use it…

Also understand that i can't write the company's actual name it's flagging it for language! This unbelievable experience in quite probably the worst customer service experience started with me driving 2 hours one way to a location that stated online as well as confirmation from associates from that location stated that they had in-stock (a specific Brand, Style, Size, and Color shoe in-stock that's listed as exclusive to Dix Sporting Goods) I arrived at the location to try on the shoes before purchasing them and I was told that not only were they not in-stock buy they hadn't been in-stock in weeks according to the associate once I was in the store. They located the shoes at another location again confirmation via phone call I drive an additional hour. So I guess the first time shame on them but as I arrived at the second location once actually inside location #2 guess what they didn't have the shoes. So at this point I call Dixk Sporting Goods Customer Service & Online support speak to someone who tells me that they have one pair of those shoes same size different color in-stock at the (location #2) so I go back inside as the associate. They checked and said no. So I explained the Customer Service explained that they should have those. So after about 5 mins in the back they show up with the shoes (different color) So after spending including the drive home almost 8 hours chasing ghosts (that's funny because the model shoe is a Ghost 15) I really felt obligated to some shoes. The next morning I spoke to the customer service about the shoes and the situation. They explained that they would locate the exact shoes I wanted and either have them shipped to the closest store or my house and that they would expedite the shipping I would have them before the week was over instead of the month wait I was quoted (which started the 2 hour drive the day before) the first day. They said they would call me in an hour. So 5 hours later I called them as I'm being connected with customer service I get an email saying sorry out of stock in your size and color for those shoes. I tell the associate he says nope we have them online. So he says go return the other shoes to closest store and they'll be able to order them for you and you'll have them before the end of the week. I ask if I can use my rewards they said yes you have $40.00 rewards you can get a code either for online or in-store. So after returning the shoe that I settled for and asked for my rewards code so that they can scan the code they then explain that I'll have to wait a week to actually redeem my rewards and guess what, the shoes are............ 🥁 drum roll ......... not in stock. So I'm not sure if that's negligence, intended, or they'll just say or do anything to make you happy until the next person answers the phone. What seemed like an honest mistake turned into what seemed like promising anything to get off the phone or chat with you and letting the next associate deal with you. Probably most people are smart enough to just never set foot inside one of these stores and off the website to insure that you don't waste time and money for absolutely nothing more than frustration. Those shoes felt great.....but the good news is Google identity several shoe stores and sporting goods stores that actually carry those shoes same color so I have hope!

"I bought a treadmill there horizonison…"
I bought a treadmill there a hoaison within one year. It started shutting off on me while I was on it for no reason to make a long story short. It took 4 months to try to get it fixed with no result. The warranty company refunded my money. But to start all over and buy another one. I am out at least $350 Or more,Nobody wants to stand behind their product I have a treadmill that is useless to me when it's a danger to be on it. It doesn't seem to matter to them or the warranty company , that I am screwed over this lemon of a treadmill. I bought a brand new treadmill within a year I couldn't get on it due to malfunction. I am so disappointed with this whole ordeal they should stand behind their products! Very disappointed

"Terrible Customer service"
This store needs to hire all new employees, including Bradley, one of the managers. Customer service is gone!! If you're going to shop at D Sporting Goods shop online!!

"No head cover for a Hybrid golf club"
I I bought a four hybrid from Dick's Sporting Goods with no head cover spend all that money with no head cover and then it was a hassle to take it back poor customer service never shop there

"Bad service"
The escalation team are all "supervisors" but they don't have people skills. The biggest issue is that they can't solve a simple problem. They tend not to offer solutions so you're stuck on stupid getting frustrated over something so basic. And the entire online system is really bad. They repeatedly canceled my order without telling me why or how to get into contact with them. They sent my package to the wrong name. This is a huge issue because I've had mail lost before when people don't use the correct name.

"Crappy Customer Service"
Called in regarding missing points. After explaining multiple times, agent said account did include purchase in 4/30. I explained that I had received a rewards card for 3x points that was good on all purchases until 12/31/23. I couldn't locate my card and the agent was very rude. I called back in later and the agent put me on hold without indicating she was doing it…put me on hold for 6 minutes then disconnected. Tried chatting with an agent and after again explaining the situation, she gave me run around and disconnected the chat as well

"For Golf stuff, talk to Lande in Cedar Park TX"
I don't like the company's politics, but Lande at the Dick's in Cedar Park TX knows what he is doing and knows how to do low-pressure sales. I would never have dreamed of buying a set of golf clubs from Dick's, simply because of the nonsense they've pulled from a 2A standpoint. However, after going to several other stores both large and small without getting the warm-and-fuzzy feeling, Lande made me feel comfortable with the purchase. It's a testament to salesmanship and customer service.

"Super Customer Service!"

My wife and I were at sawgrass Mills yesterday, as we always like to visit Dick's to see what's new.
We met a very nice man, whose name was James. He was very personable and we struck up a nice conversation about the NBA playoffs.
Then I asked him about the brand of slacks the PGA Tour players wear, as they all look great. He gave me the information and I headed to the Golf apparel, and saw the slacks, and especially liked the Walter Hagen and Travismathew brands.
Not having the time to try them on, I know that I will return to do so.
Because the exceptional customer service, provided me, by James, I sought out his Mgr., by the name of Kori, and told her how much I appreciated his 5 star service and that she should move him up to a Manager position. She said, "he is very likeable and is a Manager already." Kori was also very amiable.
Both Kori and James represent Dick's in the finest light. Excellent customer service is a lost art in today's business community and it's nice that your brand takes pride and makes it paramount for the consumer.
It will sure pay dividends each and every day.
Those reading this review, can be sure of the quality people that Dick's have on their staff. Stop in and meet them. You will be happy you did. Great products plus fantastic customer service all add up to a wonderful experience.

"The worst service!"
I have never met a more terrible service, I ordered a product, but it was sent to another city, no one answers letters, I paid the money, but did not receive the product. I do not advise anyone to contact these scammers!

"Stupidly expensive it's $#*!ed"
I went in today to get a baseball bat and a new glove and the baseball bat was $500 when online it said $119 and a glove was $300 when online it said $90

"Would give them a -5 star if I Could"
Literally the $#*!ING worst! They have ruined sooooooo many holidays in my home. They use FEDEX as their shipping partner and they have the worst shipping times - they will tell you that it will be there in 5 days - and 15 days later it MIGHT show up. Totally fine if you are waiting on a pair of shorts... however, if you are waiting on a Christmas gift or Easter gift (like I am currently) you will get $#*!ED over. I hate this company and hope it goes under. AMEN! $#*! THEM!

"Best salesman ever!"
I went into Dick's Sporting Goods in Brighton, Colorado. I was looking for a good and comfortable running and walking shoe.
I first was looking to purchase another brand when this kind and professional young man approached me. He asked me questions about what quality and comfort I was interested in. After telling him, he recommended a Brooks Women Trace 2 Run. After trying them on and walking in them, I decided to purchase them. He was a well mannered and very knowledeable. This young man's name is Cannon. My wonderful experience with Cannon meant so much, I will continue shopping at this same store and recommending others.
