I usually try to shop at Dick’s because I’ve had good experiences there before and I like sticking with brands I know, but this time was kind of disappointing. I expected a much better selection, especially for shoes and basic workout gear, and it felt picked over. A lot of sizes were missing, and a few brands I thought they’d definitely carry weren’t there at all. The site also kept showing items that looked available, but then they weren’t actually in stock anywhere near me. I still like Dick’s and would check there again, but I ended up having to order from somewhere else to get what I needed...

Shipping was slower than I thought it’d be, which was kinda annoying ngl. But the box showed up in good shape, so it wasn’t a total headache. Not amazing, not awful, just a little meh.

After a while, I noticed the same pattern: the points build up really slowly, and when you finally get a coupon, there are so many restrictions that it’s hard to use. It’s fine if I’m already going there, but the rewards don’t feel like much of a reason to keep coming back...

I tried to price match a pair of running shoes I found cheaper online. The employee was friendly and did help me out, but the whole process took longer than I expected. They had to check a bunch of details before approving it, and I thought the response would be a bit quicker. I did end up getting the lower price, which was nice, but the rules felt a little confusing and it was more of a hassle than it needed to be. "Comfy joggers, but check the waist sizing"
I ordered these joggers from Dick’s and they showed up quickly. Overall, the fit was good and they’re really comfortable, but the waist ran a little bigger than I expected. It wasn’t a dealbreaker for me, but just a heads up for anyone else ordering: I’d take a closer look at the size chart or consider sizing down if you’re between sizes

I ordered shoes for my son and the delivery date changed three times. The tracking info barely updated, and when I contacted customer service, they basically just told me to wait a few more days. I was trying to be patient, actually I thought maybe it would sort itself out, but no, it was just frustrating. I won’t be ordering from them online again.

"Fine overall, but not as clean as they make it sound"
I stopped in to pick up a few things, the store was mostly okay. But you know how places always talk about their “clean, welcoming shopping experience” or whatever? Yeah, it didn’t totally match that. A few aisles were messy, there was noticeable dust on some shelves, and the fitting rooms could’ve used more attention. It wasn’t awful or anything, but I did expect it to be kept up a little better.

So, I ordered a pair of shoes on dickssportinggoods and, it was kind of as easy as you’d hope. I got the pickup email quickly, and when I got to the store, the pickup counter was, like, really easy to find. The employee just checked my ID, grabbed the box, and I think I was out of there in maybe two minutes. Really simple, no issues at all

I ordered these shoes in my usual size because I needed them for that same week, and the box actually had the correct size printed on the label. But when I opened it, the shoes inside were a completely different size, which was frustrating. The return process itself wasn’t difficult, but it was still annoying having to deal with it when I was counting on wearing them. I even double-checked the tag inside the shoe because I thought maybe I was missing something, but nope, just the wrong pair. I expected a little more care with checking before shipping.
